Modern-day legend Gareth McAuley is the latest former Baggie to take a special ‘Trip Down Halfords Lane’.
The WBA TV+ feature focuses on showcasing some of finest, funniest and most historic moments in the careers of Albion greats, with the iconic guests offering up their stories and memories of a number of clips played in front of them on the cinema screen.
‘G-Mac’ looks back at the early days during his career in Northern Ireland, his move across the water to English shores, and reveals the reason why his first day at the Albion didn’t exactly go to plan.
The towering defender also discusses winning personal awards at The Hawthorns, his relationship with Chris Brunt, the competition he had with Craig Dawson and his memorable summer at EURO 2016.
We say this every time, but you really can’t miss out on watching this episode.
