Ten-man Albion suffered a 7-1 defeat at Aston Villa's training ground on Saturday.
The Baggies took the lead in the 11th minute through Eseosa Sule, but Villa hit back twice to lead 2-1 inside half an hour.
The game swung completely in the hosts favour when Leigh Downing's side lost Jenson Sumnall three minutes before the break to a straight red card.
Villa scored again moments before the half-time whistle and went on to add another four goals in the second 45.
