Albion's youngsters fell to defeat against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday afternoon.
The young Baggies started well against the north Londoners, but were made to pay for two missed chances in the opening stages with Damola Ajayi and Archie Chaplin both netting for the hosts within the first 15 minutes.
Leigh Downing's side responded ten minutes later after Dan Chimeziri played in Divine Onyemachi, who made no mistake halving the deficit when through on goal.
Chimeziri came within a whisker of bringing Albion level after striking the post, only for the hosts to net twice more ahead of the break.
Gabriel Willhoft-King fired home a fifth for Spurs just ahead of the hour mark, but the Baggies responded again with Onyemachi finding beating the goalkeeper once more seven minutes later.
Archie Kirton scored Albion's third goal of the game in added time ahead of the full-time whistle after he latched onto Cheik Kone's neat pass.
The youngsters will next be in action on Saturday, May 4, when they host Reading, before finishing the campaign at Southampton one week later.
