The hosts
Watford will be one of the sides in the Sky Bet Championship with ambitions of finishing inside the top six this season.
The Hornets are now into their third consecutive term in the second tier following their relegation from the top flight in 2021/22, recording mid-table finishes in the last two campaigns.
Sunday's hosts have started well this year and are just outside the play-off positions heading into the clash with Carlos Corberán's outfit having picked up 31 points so far.
As previously mentioned, Watford are on a five-match unbeaten run, but they've been held to back-to-back draws by QPR and Hull City in their two most recent fixtures.
Few teams in the division are stronger at home than the Hornets, who have won seven and drawn two of their nine league encounters at Vicarage Road. They haven't lost at home in league or cup since Tom Cleverley took charge in early March - 15 games without defeat to be exact.
The former midfielder, who played just shy of 200 matches for the club, took over following the dismissal of former Albion boss Valerien Ismael. The 35-year-old is one of the youngest managers ever to lead a team in the Sky Bet Championship.
