Dynamic midfielder Kate Evans has been a mainstay in the Baggies squad under recent Albion head coaches.

Kate began her career at Bristol City, before switching the South West for the West Midlands, where she played an important role in Coventry United’s surge up the leagues.

Evans then made a move stateside, as she studied psychology at both Maine University and Oregon State University, playing football alongside her tuition.

After returning from the USA, Kate signed for Black Country rivals Wolves prior to joining the Baggies in 2022.

Since then Evans has proved a solid option in midfield for Hodgetts-Still and began the 2024/25 season in a starting role.
