A towering figure between the sticks, Sutton-born Louis began his scholarship in June 2023. 

Like many of his first-year scholars, Brady jumped up to higher age groups prior to joining up with Downing's U18s - featuring on the bench in the U18 Premier League and with the U21s in the Birmingham Senior Cup. 

Louis gained important international experience during the 23/24 campaign after representing the Republic of Ireland's U19s during the March international break in 2024.

Brady has a solid example in Ben Cisse pushing him during goalkeeping sessions, and the first year of his scholarship will be a big learning curve ahead of replacing his team-mate as the 18s' first-choice stopper for the 2024/25 campaign.
