Having grown up in Gloucestershire, Fran signed his scholarship deal at the Albion in June 2023. 

Having been in the system in the number of years, hard work paid off when Fran became a scholar for the 2023/24 season and the attacking midfielder will be keen to become a creative force for Leigh Downing's U18s over the course of the campaign.
