Goalkeeper Anna Miller proved herself to be a worthy choice at No.1 during the 2023/24 campaign.

Hailing from the USA, Miller began her footballing career with the University of Washington, where she competed in the NCAA Division One.

Anna initially joined the club in February of 2023 on an emergency loan from FA WNL Division One Midlands outfit Leafield Athletic and has since made the spot between the sticks her own.

Miller began 2023/24 second in the pecking order behind on-loan Birmingham City shot-stopper Lucy Jones but soon rose to first choice with some exceptional showings throughout 18 league appearances.

Her excellent performances in the FA WNL Northern Premier Division led her to being named as Albion Women’s 2023/24 Manager’s Player of the Season.

Anna’s impact at the club hasn’t just been felt on the pitch though, she was awarded the PFA Player in the Community for 2024 for significantly enhancing the female pathway through her contributions to the Emerging Talent Centre.

2024/25 could prove to be another crucial campaign for Miller, as she looks to continue her solid performances under head coach Siobhan Hodgetts-Still.
