Bio

From Northampton, Rio has spent much of his life with the Baggies. 

He's an attacking-midfielder who likes to make things happen in the final third. 

At 6ft tall, Rio exhibits plenty of attributes to suit his role in the team due to his stature. 

Parmar signed scholarship terms in the summer of 2024 and has already impressed in the U18s setup during the 24/25 campaign.  

Developing his end product will be key for his progression at the Albion, and it's something Leigh Downing and his staff will be keen to work on during their two years with Rio.
