Versatile forward Marli Rhodes-Andrews became Siobhan Hodgetts-Still’s maiden signing of the summer in 2024.

Marli broke through into the Derby County first team having joined from Alfreton Town at the age of eight, and made her senior debut aged just 16 in a 1-1 draw against Loughborough Lightning.

After scoring in another 1-1 draw with Brighouse Town, Rhodes-Andrews actually bagged against the Albion.

Marli joins with a wealth of enthusiasm and tenacity after making 54 appearances for the Rams. She netted on her first Hawthorns outing as a Baggie in September - the 4-0 win over Sporting Khalsa.
