Drury joined the Baggies in August 2024. 

He arrived at The Hawthorns from Manchester United, where he had been an academy coach since July 2022.

Prior to his spell at Old Trafford, Drury enjoyed six years as a coach at Bradford City, during which time he established a working relationship with Corberán, then a coach at Leeds United.
