Welcome to your guide to Hospitality Membership 24/25
Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for another exciting season, we’re thrilled to have you on board. This guide is designed to provide you with everything you need ahead of the new season.
Tickets:
Tickets will be available in one of three ways:
WBA Tickets On The Go App
The Club is conscious of our environmental impact and is committed to becoming a more environmentally sustainable football club.
Part of this work has involved the creation of a new ticketing app that allows supporters to safely access and transfer tickets instantly from a smart device.
Download The WBA Tickets app from your preferred app store and link in your email address. The QR code on your ticket will be live from 7am on the day of a fixture or event. Every ticket works without a signal, allowing you to scan yourself in at your hospitality entrance without hassle.

Stile Cards
Available to existing members only providing you still have your stile card from the 23.24 season. Match tickets will be uploaded to your existing stile card. If you no longer have your stile card, please contact Rebecca Davis who can advise the best option for you rebecca.davis@wbafc.co.uk
Paper Tickets
For members using paper tickets, tickets for the first match are included within your member welcome pack (unless you have contacted us to advise they will be collected at the first game). Further games will be distributed to you in person at the first home game.
Car Parking
East Stand and Sandwell Academy
For Members who have parking, your car park hanger(s) will be included within your welcome pack.
WBA Academy/EPPP
For Members who park at the WBA Academy/EPPP on Halfords Lane, access will be via a guest list (surname of lead booker or company name)
Road Closures and Car park Egress
There will be a traffic management plan in place on the immediate roads around the stadium. Car park egress will not be permitted from 5-10 minutes before full time and for up to 15-20 minutes after full time. This is an upper time limit guideline and exit restrictions will be opened earlier if crowds have dispersed and it is safe to do so. Please bear in mind that traffic management plans are undertaken for the safety and welfare of the club’s supporters on their departure from the stadium and is done in conjunction with the club and local authorities including Local Council, Highway Agency and the Police.

Seasonal memberships include all men’s home league matches and the first men’s home match in each of the Carabao and FA Cup.
Preferential pricing and priority purchase of additional cup games including any prospective Play Off fixtures

Dress Code
Smart casual, no sportswear including tracksuits, hoodies or football shirts or away clothing. Smart trainers are permitted. The dress code does not apply to under 17’s.
Special Dietary Requirements and Allergies
We can cater for all Allergy and Special Dietary requirements. Please ensure that you advise of any such requirements 5 business days prior to any given fixture.
Additional Guest Requirements
If you have any additional hospitality guest requirements for specific games and haven’t booked them already, you will need to confirm these sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. We are sold out in most areas this year on a seasonal basis so opportunities for additional hospitality are very limited.
Payment around the Stadium
Please note that the whole stadium is cashless. This includes all Executive areas and Concourse facilities. Please can you ensure that your guests are aware of this so as they can bring any means necessary (cards or smart phones) to make any payment that they wish to throughout the day.
Challenge 25
Please can you inform any guests in attendance that as part of our responsible drinking policies, we operate Challenge 25. Challenge 25 is a policy whereby anyone buying alcohol who appears to be below the age of 25, seven years above the age required to buy alcohol in the UK, can be asked to provide an acceptable form of photographic ID (e.g. Passport, Drivers Licence, Student Card). Please be aware that anyone, if challenged unable to provide appropriate ID may be refused to be served.
Fixture Changes
Before a ball is kicked of the 2024/25 season, all TV selections will be confirmed for the period up to the FA Cup third round in early January 2025. This is a landmark commitment, providing fans and clubs up to five months’ notice, an increase from the five weeks' notice given across the majority of the 2023/24 season.
Fixture changes will be communicated by the hospitality team via email.
Mascot Package
We have a limited number of mascot packages available. If you would like to enquire about booking a mascot package, please contact the sales team either by phone or email who can book you in. Mascot packages for the 24.25 season are priced at £150 + VAT per child.
Away Ticket Requests
For any away game ticket requests please do continue to submit these directly to rebecca.davis@wbafc.co.uk. We will manage an enquiry list and she will be in touch with you directly as soon as games go to sale to process your tickets for you.
