Albion is delighted to announce that we have introduced the WBA TicketsOnTheGo app in place of the print-at-home ticket option, to minimise the distribution of single-use paper tickets.
The Club is conscious of our environmental impact and is committed to evolving into a more environmentally sustainable football club. Our specially designed ticketing app allows supporters to safely access and transfer tickets instantly from a smart device.
Ticket purchases for all remaining 23/24 home fixtures, will be subject to only three delivery methods: the WBA TicketsOnTheGo app, WBA Ticket Office collection, and a postal option. The app is the only delivery method with no admin fee and is the quickest way of accessing your tickets.
Download The WBA Tickets app from your preferred app store or through the direct link in your ticket confirmation email. The QR code on your ticket will be live from 7am on the day of a fixture or event. Every ticket works without a signal, allowing you to scan yourself in at a turnstile without hassle.
If you are not travelling with your fellow Albion supporter, tickets can be transferred quickly and only requires the email address of the fellow Albion supporter they wish to transfer their ticket. The WBA TicketsOnTheGo app prohibited screenshots and recordings of tickets to prevent touting.
If you are the recipient of a ticket you will be notified via an app notification and an email of your pending transfer. Once you have accepted your tickets, they will be located in your in-app wallet under 'WBA Matches'.
Supporters can watch Conor Townsend and Alex Mowatt’s step-by-step guide of the WBA TicketsOntheGo app below or download the written step-by-step guide to explore how to securely access and transfer tickets here.
The WBA TicketsOnTheGo app is available to download on smart devices from the Apple Store here and the Google Play Store here.
