Primary Stars Participant

Premier League Primary Stars uses the appeal of professional football clubs to inspire children to learn, be active and develop important life skills.

Our Flagship programme “Premier League Primary Stars” funded by the Premier League Charitable Fund can be tailored to the needs of your school and covers a wide variety of fantastic topics from Physical Education, PSHE, English, Maths and more.

Through the Primary Stars programme, we aim to:

  • Improve teacher's skills, knowledge and confidence (in delivering PE and school sport)
  • Inspire & engage our participants
  • Improve our participants confidence & self-esteem

Using the power of football, this programme is designed to provide an incredible experience that improves, develops, and supports the wider ethos and values of your school. Becoming a partner school allows free access to all of our competitions, workshops and stadium visits.

Your school can access free resources on the Premier League Primary Stars website here.

Our Premier League Primary Stars programme has created a menu of provision that can be tailored to your school, this is flexible and can be adapted to meet your school’s needs.

Miss Mendoza's Story

An integral component to Premier League Primary Stars offers support to teachers in the delivery of PE. We work closely with teachers to improve their Skills, Knowledge and Confidence over a minimum of 6 weeks. We provide planning templates created to meet the requirements set by the National Curriculum for PE and help teachers structure lessons to meet the needs of the whole class.

Meet Miss Mendoza, a newly qualified teacher who The Albion Foundation supported at King George V Primary School.

Partner School Feedback

“We have worked with The Albion Foundation now for several years and have not regretted it. The coaches we have worked with are always professional, knowledgeable and deliver an exceptionally high standard of service. They are always enthusiastic and passionate, and this reflects on the children who are eager to participate in their lessons.
