Are you leaving school and looking for the next step in your career?
How about playing football whilst you study?
At The Albion Foundation our Post-16 programme allows you to gain a BTEC qualification whilst representing The Albion Foundation in the college league against other clubs' community programmes.
The course is run in partnership with Sandwell College and you will train three times a week, with one fixture per week. All sessions and home games will take place in the West Bromwich Albion Academy Dome, with the theory aspect of the course held at The Hawthorns Stadium and Sandwell College.
There are also further opportunities for you to develop whilst on the course, such as an FA Introduction to Football Coaching, UEFA C license, MultiSkills Level 2 and even opportunities to become a volunteer or casual coach with us at The Albion Foundation.
Exit routes from the course include University where you can stay with us at The Albion Foundation and study on our Foundation Degree in partnership with University of South Wales. You might also go straight into a job role on the back of the course, and we also have links into Semi-Professional Clubs where you can continue playing football.
Past successes for our former students include… Trials at professional clubs, signing for semi-professional clubs, continuing education at university and heading into full time work.
