- Login to your ticketing account
- Click on "Account" in the red section and select "Ticket Exchange"

How do I list my season ticket seat for a game?
- Visit this link and log into your account.
- Click on "Account" in the red section, then select "Resell tickets."
- You will see a list of all individual matches included in your season ticket.
- Select the games you wish to make available for resale.
How many games can I list for resale?
You can list any number of games you cannot attend.
How much will I receive for selling my ticket?
You will receive the pro-rata Season Ticket price paid for the game, minus a £1 selling fee. For example, a listed BRE season ticket that has been sold and was bought online will receive £16.34 credit (£399 / 23 equals £17.34 minus £1 selling fee).
How will I receive my credit for the game?
Your pro-rata credit will be applied to your account once your ticket is sold.
Will I receive a credit if my seat has not been sold?
No, you will only receive credit if your ticket is resold.
How will I know if my ticket has been sold?
You will receive an email notification once your ticket is sold.
How can I use the credit?
You can use your credit to purchase any season or match tickets, stadium tours, or any other events available on the ticket website.
Is there an option to gift my tickets instead of selling them?
You may gift your tickets to the Albion Foundation by simply completing the form below.
I’ve listed my ticket but now I want to attend the game. Can I cancel the resale?
Yes, as long as your ticket has not been sold. You can cancel the resale by visiting this link from Monday, July 29 2024.
Why can’t I see any games for sale on the Ticket Exchange platform?
Tickets will only appear for sale on the platform once the Club has made the game available for resell. This will be once the majority of General Admission (GA) tickets have been sold and the stadium is close to a sellout.
Can I put my Friends & Families tickets up for resale?
No, but you can complete a form below and the ticketing team will process it on your behalf.
Will away fans be able to purchase my listed ticket?
No, Tickets bought via the resell platform will be sold via the club ticketing website and there will be relevant controls in place to stop this from happening.
