I’m a new ST holder, when can I buy until?
The first sales process lasts until Friday, July 12. Sales will then pause until Monday, July 15, when they return to sale for general release.
I’m a current ST holder, when do I have my seat until?
2023/24 season ticket holders will have their existing seats reserved until 3pm on Friday, July 12.
Will I lose my seat if I don’t renew by the deadline?
Current season ticket holders have their existing seat reserved until 3pm on Friday, July 12. After this time, their seat will become available to other season ticket holders who wish to relocate or are buying for the first time.
Can I buy via debit card?
Yes, supporters can purchase their season ticket by a variety of methods, including debit card and credit card.
Can I re-sell my season ticket if I’m not attending a match?
At the moment, supporters can transfer their ticket to friends and family via the ‘WBA Tickets On The Go’ app.
I’m buying a bundle - when do I get my shirt?
All home replica shirts and infant home kits purchased as part of the deal will be available to collect from the stadium store or dispatched upon the official release of the 2024/25 kits, which is expected to be in early July.
Are the club currently offering finance options?
Regrettably, the club is currently not offering a finance option when purchasing a season ticket. This is owing to a regulatory requirement following the recent takeover of the club and finance options will be reinstated later this summer.

HOW DO I REGISTER OTHER SEASON TICKET HOLDERS AS MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
Once logged in go to the community section under your account and then click on Friends and Family. You will need to add their customer number and surname.

I HAVE A DISABLED SEASON TICKET, HOW DO I SECURE A TICKET FOR MY PERSONAL CARER?
Tickets for personal carers, who are registered as your friends and family, can be found by clicking ‘RESERVED TICKETS’ once logged in to your ticketing account. Click below, to access your reserved ticket(s):

WHEN DO TICKETS APPEAR IN THE WBA TICKETS ON THE GO MOBILE APP?
Your season ticket will appear shortly following your purchase and the barcode will become valid on the morning of the game.
I HAVE A ‘MY ALBION ACCOUNT’ BUT I HAVE NEVER USED THE APP BEFORE, DO I SELECT LOGIN OR CREATE ACCOUNT?
If this is the first time of using the app you must create a new account. It is essential that you use the same email as that of your ticketing account.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS PER SMARTPHONE?
Yes, you can have multiple tickets on one smartphone, you can either scan your friends into the stadium or send them a ticket via the app to download onto their phone.
