How do I relocate my season ticket?
Supporters who wish to relocate for the 2025/26 campaign should renew their existing season ticket as usual. Smethwick End and Millennium Corner season ticket holders will be able to relocate to another area of The Hawthorns on Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28 – while supporters located elsewhere can do so on Thursday, May 29 and Friday, May 30. To relocate, season ticket holders can visit the Ticket Office or call 0121 227 2227 on the above dates.
How do I become a new season ticket holder?
Prospective season ticket holders can lock in an earlybird best-price guarantee by joining the club’s waiting list before 10pm on Thursday, May 1.
To join the waiting list each supporter will pay a £20 deposit, which can be redeemed against the purchase of a season ticket when they return to sale, subject to availability, on Monday June 9 2025. To sign-up to the waiting list, click below.
What happens if I don’t renew my season ticket by the deadline?
Supporters who do not renew by the deadline of 10pm on Thursday, May 1 will have their seats released for sale.
When will my season ticket appear in the WBA Tickets OnTheGo App?
Tickets for next season will appear in the Tickets OnTheGo app after fixtures for the 2025/26 campaign have been confirmed in June.
The QR code for each fixture will become live on the morning of each game.

What is the season ticket waiting list?
Supporters who wish to buy a new season ticket for the 2025/26 campaign can lock in an earlybird best-price guarantee by joining the club’s waiting list before 10pm on Thursday, May 1.
Current season ticket holders who wish to renew for the 2025/26 campaign should not join the waiting list and should instead renew their existing ticket during the earlybird window.

In the event demand exceeds availability, and not all supporters on the waiting list are able to purchase a season ticket, then deposits will be refunded in full.
Fans registered on the waiting list will be invited by email to purchase season tickets on specific dates, from 10am on Monday, June 2 until 10pm on Friday, June 6, subject to availability. The date on which a supporter is invited to purchase a season ticket will be determined by how early they join the waiting list.

Can I Buy using a Debit or Credit Card?
Yes, supporters can purchase their season ticket by a variety of methods, including debit card and credit card.
Are The Club Currently Offering Finance Options?
The club offers supporters the opportunity to purchase a 2025/26 season ticket via V12, subject to approval, in 10 monthly payments.

To apply to purchase via V12 follow the normal renewal process and choose V12 as your payment method at checkout.
Can I use my Ticket Exchange credit to purchase a season ticket?
Yes, supporters who pay using cash or card can redeem Ticket Exchange credit when purchasing a 2025/26 season ticket.
However, supporters who choose to pay via V12 will be unable to use Ticket Exchange credit as part of an online transaction.
Supporters who wish to use Ticket Exchange credit as part of a V12 purchase can do so in person at the ticket office or by calling 0121 227 2227. Fans choosing this method will not be subject to the £10 additional charge.
When can I renew my away membership for the 2025/26 season?
The renewal window for a 2025/26 away membership is also open. Existing away members can purchase a 2025/26 away membership for £50 and have until 10pm on Thursday, May 1 to renew.
What is safe standing?
Safe standing areas permit supporters to stand for the duration of a match. Standing is not required in these areas, however, supporters risk restricted pitch views if they are seated when surrounded by standing supporters. These areas are introduced to help keep supporters safer while standing and enhance the spectator experience.
Albion are delighted to confirm safe standing will be installed at The Hawthorns ahead of the 2025/26 season. The works will result in almost 4,000 seats in the home and away areas of the upper Smethwick End, as well as Millennium Corner, converted to safe standing.
How are loyalty points allocated?
2024/25 season ticket holders who renew for the 2025/26 campaign will receive 1500 loyalty points. New 2025/26 season ticket holders will receive 1000 loyalty points. All season ticket holders will continue to accrue five loyalty points for each home league game and an additional five loyalty points for each game they attend.
Can I re-sell my season ticket If I’m not attending a match?
Supporters will have the option to resell their tickets for individual fixtures via the official ticket exchange platform. The Ticket Exchange allows season ticket holders to list their seat for resale in the event they are unable to attend a home fixture.
Season ticket holders will receive a credit, equivalent to the pro-rata cost of their match ticket, minus a £1 selling fee, when their seat is sold. Supporters will be able to use accrued credit to purchase additional match tickets, cup tickets, or even their 2026/27 season ticket.
The Club will confirm the date season tickets can be uploaded to the Ticket Exchange upon the publication of the 2025/26 fixture schedule.

What support is available to help with the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app?
Albion will host Ticket Office coffee mornings from 10am to 12pm every Friday – providing fans one-to-one support and tutorials on downloading and using the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app, in addition to any other technical ticketing assistance fans require.
Ticket Office coffee mornings, which will include complimentary hot beverages, will begin on Friday, March 7 and will continue every Friday until the start of the 2025/26 campaign.

How do I download the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app?
Season tickets for the 2025/26 campaign will be delivered to the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app. The app can be downloaded from your preferred app store using the links below or using the link in your ticket confirmation.
It is essential that you use the same email address that was used to purchase your season ticket.

Will there be a paper ticket option?
Supporters who do not own a smartphone can have their ticket uploaded to the smartphone of an accompanying friend or family member and no internet access is required to use the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app to enter the stadium.
In the event a supporter does not own a smartphone and does not enter the stadium with a friend or family member who does, paper tickets will be made available. Please note, stilecards will no longer be in use. Please read on for information on how the club will help support the transition to the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app.

I’m Buying A Bundle - When Do I Get My Shirt?
All home replica shirts and infant home kits purchased as part of the deal will be available to collect from the stadium store or dispatched upon the official release of the 2025/26 kits, which will be communicated to eligible supporters in due course.
