2023/24 season ticket holders will have their existing seats reserved until 3pm on Friday, July 12, with sales then paused for seat relocations, before returning to sale at 10am on Monday, July 15.
The club’s online ticketing website, tickets.wba.co.uk, remains the cheapest place to purchase season tickets.
Alternatively, supporters can purchase season tickets in person at the club’s East Stand Ticket Office or by calling 0121 227 2227. Please note, season tickets purchased by calling or visiting the Ticket Office will be subject to a £10 additional charge for all categories for supporters aged 17 and over.

Non-Attendance
The club endeavours to create the best possible atmosphere at The Hawthorns and supporters who purchase tickets they consistently do not use are denying fellow fans the opportunity to attend.
If you go long spells without using your season ticket - a member of staff will check in and make sure everything’s okay, because we know there are a number of reasons why you may not be able to come.
However, season tickets do make a seat unavailable to any other supporter for the season- and the club is doing its best to give every fan wishing to cheer Albion on at The Hawthorns the best chance of doing so.
In addition, regular ticket checks will be conducted throughout the 2024/25 campaign to ensure supporters enter the stadium having paid the correct tariff. Supporters who attempt to enter the stadium with the incorrect ticket are in breach of the club’s season ticket terms and conditions, and their season ticket may be cancelled.
Loyalty Points
2023/24 season ticket holders who renew for the 2024/25 campaign will receive 1500 loyalty points. New 2024/25 season ticket holders will receive 1000 loyalty points. All season ticket holders will continue to accrue five loyalty points for each home league game.
Additionally, and to encourage attendance, season ticket holders will receive an additional five loyalty points for every home game they attend, meaning match tickets for in-demand fixtures are sold first to the most loyal sections of the club’s support.
An away match ticket will continue to accrue five loyalty points, while home or away cup fixtures will be worth 10 loyalty points.
Finance
Regrettably, the club is currently not offering a finance option when purchasing a season ticket.
This is owing to a regulatory requirement following the recent takeover of the club and finance options will be reinstated later this summer.
Season Ticket Benefits
