Season tickets for the 2025/26 campaign will be delivered to the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app. Albion are committed to ensuring all season ticket holders are provided with the help and support required to use the app – and understand that this will not be possible for everyone.

Step-by-step guide to using the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app
Downloading the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app
1.Download The WBA Tickets app from your preferred app store below or through the direct link in your ticket purchase confirmation email. Open the app to the welcome screen and click ‘log in’.

Account registration
1.Fill out the text box with the email address your tickets are registered under and select ‘continue'.
2.A verification code will be sent to your email inbox. Enter the verification code in the text box provided and click ‘confirm’.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure the email used for your registration on the app is the same email your tickets have been purchased with.
On a matchday
- On the morning of a fixture or an event at The Hawthorns, the QR code on your individual ticket will become live.
- The QR code does not require connection to Wi-Fi or any data network.
- To enter The Hawthorns, simply scan the live QR code on each individual ticket at the turnstile.
The club has worked with supporter groups to ensure the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app is accessible. Supporters who do not own a smartphone can have their ticket uploaded to the smartphone of an accompanying friend or family member and no internet access is required to use the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app to enter the stadium.
In the event a supporter does not own a smartphone and does not enter the stadium with a friend or family member who does, paper tickets will be made available. Please note, stilecards will no longer be in use. Please read on for information on how the club will help support the transition to the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app.
Ticket Office Coffee Mornings
Albion will host Ticket Office coffee mornings from 10am to 12pm every Friday – providing fans one-to-one support and tutorials on downloading and using the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app, in addition to any other technical ticketing assistance fans require.
Ticket Office coffee mornings, which will include complimentary hot beverages, will begin on Friday, March 7 and will continue every Friday until the start of the 2025/26 campaign.
